Co-founding Chancellor of NEU, Reverend Dr. Nancy Ash, created the LOTUS Initiative in 2018 (which has been sponsored by the University). The LOTUS Initiative is affiliated with the International Tribunal of Natural Justice (ITNJ) offering support where needed for those giving testimony to the ITNJ. Kaila brings decades of psychotherapeutic skills to her role as the LOTUS Director (and also as one of its Providers) along with strong administrative skills in small business.
Kaila is a seasoned retreat leader having led somatic psycho-spiritual retreats in Australia, Bali and Nepal.
